以不一樣的料理語彙闡釋大多只有星級餐廳才重視的餐飲藝術,將在台灣總是被當成早餐或點心的麵包,巧思轉為主餐,運用大量新鮮素材,從製作麵包的小麥、酵母到料理及果實花瓣,將麵包想像成土壤,從上面開出花草森林。以有點叛逆、粗糙而單純的本質玩轉出麵包料理的藝術可能性。

The chefs of Moon Baking Studio transform the ingredients gifted by Earth into signature meals rich in taste. In collaboration with Moon Baking Studio, these limited meals offered at The Seedin Lab reestablish the connection between us and our land.
